How long have you been on DeviantArt? 12 Years. I started on alissare.deviantart.com/ a couple years before I made my current account.
What does your username mean? It's a name of a character that I play on World of Warcraft.
Describe yourself in three words. Eccentric, Bold, Misunderstood
Are you left or right handed? Right
What was your first deviation? My first deviation has long since been lost due to moves.
What is your favorite type of art to create? Traditional/Watercolor
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be? Digital Painting/Concept Art
What was your first favorite? I'm not sure, as I have so many that my computer can't load enough to get to the bottom of the list.
What type of art do you tend to favorite the most? Dream-like work or pieces that tell stories. Traditional work tends to be the most preferred.
Who is your all-time favorite deviant artist? I don't have one - I have several.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be? I don't have a specific artist that I'd want to meet.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life? I started following Parororo years ago when he still went by Pyromaniac. It took quite a long time of trying to start conversation with him to get any conversation, but eventually we did. Ever since then, I'll send him a note or a poke through social media to catch up a little bit and see how he fairs. I think as far as knowing someone or acquaintance - he would be the longest online 'know of and spoken to' that I've ever maintained. As far as how he's impacted me.. depending on my mood or how I've felt - his gallery has always been a comforting place to go haunt. It was knowing that out there in this big world, someone has once upon a time struggled or felt odd about the world and expressed that into work for others to see and relate to.
: What are your preferred tools to create art? Paper, a writing medium, and my brain.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art? In a quiet room, with a window to the outside world, and some light music or nature sounds.
What is your favorite DeviantArt memory? Joining a RPG group where we roleplayed as characters we designed - drawing up the biography, etc for the characters. It was fun!

My DeviantART Story
I wanted to try to get my badge since I was around then, but crazy busy with life and college...
Deviantart has helped me grow since I first joined it on my original account back in like 2001-esque. I've been around for a long time. I look back on work I did back then and the time that I spent admiring other artists work to realize that I've come a long way. I suppose I still have a long ways to go too. I've learned about composition, values, depth, and experimenting with various types of artwork from anime to abstract. I don't have any originals from years ago on this account, I don't believe -- but I do have some that are 10 years old..
This was from back in 2007... this was done for a pet that I had at the time that actually become also a character for me.
This was during my 'The Killers' fanatic-ness, lol. I was starting to experiment with watercolor and ink.
I was going through a rough time and in a bit of an edgy stage.. This kind of reflected that and how my characters had come to respond to my withdraw.
We were required as a project in my class to find a one-point perspective and draw it.. Well, I chose to do a one-point that had a few different aspects/points to it. This was also from 2016.
And this is recent day 2016.. I can readily state that my work has come a long way due to Deviantart and it's inhabitants sharing their abilities. Thank you!
Cancer
Hiya all! I just thought I'd write up some updates of what has been happening in my life recently..
I finished my Associates of Science in Pre-Nursing, but have changed my major to Fine Arts [Game Art and Animation]. I've also moved to Vermont - aiming to move to Burlington area, Waterbury, or Montpelier in hopes to go to one of the Universities.
Before we moved, I was diagnosed with Stage 1, Aggressive, Large B-Cell Lymphoma. I have to do Chemo and Radiation. My survival rate is very high. On the 17th, I will receive my last round of Chemo [if all goes well] and then begin radiation afterwards.
I've bought some art supplies, since most of mine are in storage back 1500 miles away. Hoping to get them all soon, but I have a little to get me by with some artwork until then. Other than that, there's not a whole lot going on.
Soon to be working on some various types of work [traditional and digital], as I push to expand my portfolio for college. Anyways, thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from anyone still alive out there. XD!

My New Group - Sketch Academy!
Hiya!
I was wanting to extend an invitation to all my watchers, friends, and passer-bys to ->
This group is for dumping sketches/doodles/etc and a place to show them off... This group is also a place for other artists to gain ideas and inspiration from other artists doodles and sketches.
I would love to get this group more off and ground and known, because it doesn't seem there's many groups (if at all) like it. So if you all don't mind placing SA into your journals for your friends and watchers to see, I would greatly appreciate it!
